Ed started with EY in February 1999 in the Knowledge area and is now the Leader of the Search Services Team of EY Knowledge, a team that provides services to support the search engine platform under the broad term Search Engine Optimization. These services include relevancy measures, metrics, subject matter resources (SMR) feedback, content optimization advice and search platform onboarding services.
Ed leads his team in the analysis of search performance, identifying content gaps and issues with the search. The team also assists content creators with raising the findability of content, working work with SMRs to measure current results and managing the search engine to tune relevancy for the EY environment.
He has given previous talks at Enterprise Search Europe, Microsoft Ignite, IntraTeam Event and Enterprise Search & Discovery.
