This afternoon’s plenary session starts with a focus on the important topic of usability, as Kara Pernice presents the results of a large-scale scale study of intranet search usability in over 40 organisations. Valentin Richter will focus on how to plan and implement a search technology migration while improving the search solution taking into account business needs and user expectations. Finally, Lynda Moulton will give her expert perspective on the key conference themes of big data, SharePoint, open source and usability. She will summarise the key issues that have emerged from the presentations, discussions, and networking during the conference.
