Cancellations and Substitutions
No refunds will be allowed for non-attendance or cancellation after 20 April 2012. An administrative fee of £50 (+ VAT) will be charged
for any cancellation received after a firm booking has been made. Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 20 April 2012.
Please indicate the name and the title of the person who will be replacing the original registrant. After 20 April 2012 all changes must be
made at the conference.
